Your satisfaction is our priority at From Behind This Chair! If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist. Check out our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and cancellations.


Return Damaged, Incorrect, and Defective Order

If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item(s) in your order, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@frombehindthischair.com.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be sent back in their original packaging to our facility.

Important: Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted, so please wait for confirmation before shipping your item back.


Return for Exchange (Size Only)

We understand that finding the right fit can be tricky. If you'd like to request a size exchange for your item, we’re here to help—within reason and in accordance with our policies.

Please note: Exchanges are only allowed for a different size of the same item originally purchased. We do not accept requests to exchange for a different style, color, or product.

To ensure a smooth transaction, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@frombehindthischair.com.
  • Include the following in your message:
    • Your order number
    • The current size received and the size you'd like to exchange for

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and let you know if the exchange is approved. Please do not send any items back until we’ve provided return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will be denied and may be returned to the sender


Conditions for Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Free of stains, damage, or alterations.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following items:

  • Deliberately damaged items.
  • Items sent back more than 15 days after receipt.
  • Items returned due to delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address or phone number).

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

For lost packages, please submit a claim within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We're here to help!


Refunds

Approved Returns (Non-Defective / Other Reasons)

We will issue store credit with 10% restocking fee on the value of the returned item.

  • Store credit never expires.

  • It can be used on any future purchase.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued.

Please note that refunds to the original form of payment are not available for these types of returns.
